Apart from being busy - what has kept me away from blogging is that there are so many damn bloggers out there with a million and one things to say that by the time I read a couple each night I don’t really have anything new to say.
Now do you want the bad news?
I am still learning, reflecting, on the emotional rollcoaster, and wonder if I make a difference.
What I have come to realise is that those are good things to do.
The moment I think I have this, or any, job licked is the moment when it is stale and I am no longer even trying to be effective.
